CONGRATULATIONS! The Allegan County Fair funded its 31st Scholarship Program. Allegan County Schools were contacted and after reviewing the applications 2 were selected. We would like to congratulate the following recipients and thank all applicants for their time and effort.
- Averie Brower graduating from Hamilton High School in 2026. Averie is planning to attend Grand Valley State University to study Finance. Her goal is to work in Medical Administration. Averie has shown Swine for 8 years at the fair.
- Lakyn Conway is graduating from Wayland Union High School in May 2026. Lakyn is planning to attend Baker College to study Veterinary Medicine. Her goal is to become a Large Animal Veterinary Technician. Lakyn has shown Swine, Rabbits, and Chickens for 7 years at the fair.
