Locations
If you are interested in renting a space during the fair, we have 3 choices of rentals with different rules and regulations for each:
1. White and Red Industrial Buildings: The White and Red Industrial Buildings have 100 booths, and are made up of 5 different connected buildings. These facilities are a prime location between the main gate and the kiddie midway and receive heavy traffic during fair time. All booths are 10′ x 10′.
2. Outdoor Space: There are several locations throughout the fairgrounds for outdoor space. Outdoor space is priced by footage and location. All booths are 10′ wide but will vary in depth, depending on location.
3. Food Concessions: We do not always have openings for Food Concessions but we keep a waiting list and are always looking for something new.
Requirements
We expect clean, neat, attractive displays. Only displaying and selling items that are legal and morally acceptable for all ages. This is a 4-H and family oriented fair. No laser pointers allowed.
We require insurance with a $1,000,000.00 liability for food concessions and a $300,000.00 liability for all others. You must show the Allegan County Fair as an additional insured on your policy for the dates of our fair. Liability amounts and expiration dates must be on our copy. Do not worry about insurance unless you receive a contract.
All food concessions are required to be a health department approved concession trailer. No tents allowed in our camping areas and pets must be confined to your campsite.
