Concert Venue Rules

Ticketing Policy

When referring to CONCERTS this includes music concerts and comedians.  

When referring to WHEEL SHOWS AND RODEO this includes Demo Derby, Off Road Derby, Rodeo, and Tractor & Truck Pulls.

ADMISSION & TICKETS

• Tickets must be purchased on or before August 15 for gate admission to be included. This does not include Parking.
• Purchases made by August 15 include one concert ticket and one gate admission ticket.
• Gate admission ticket must be presented at the fair entrance on the day of the concert, followed by the concert ticket at the Grandstand entrance.
• Tickets purchased after August 15 do not include gate admission or parking.
• Tickets are valid only for the date of the performance.
• Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
• Wheel Shows and Rodeo Gate Admission and Parking are NOT included at any time with ticket purchase and must be paid at gate.

Security & Prohibited Items:

• All guests must pass through security screening and metal detectors.
• Bags must be clear and no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” x 3”.
• Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):
  • Weapons of any kind, real or imitation, are strictly prohibited
  • Illegal drugs, substances and related paraphernalia
  • Drones, UAVs, UASs, or any type of remote-controlled items
  • Gang-related clothes, colors, signs and jewelry
  • Face masks meant to conceal the wearer’s identity
  • Laser pointers, glow sticks, flashlights
  • Professional cameras, recording devices, tablets, GoPro, selfie sticks
  • Alcohol
  • Glass or aluminum bottles/cans
  • Spiked jewelry, wallet chains
  • Signs larger than 2’ x 2’
  • Umbrellas, chairs, stadium seats, coolers, strollers, backpacks
• Prohibited items must be returned to vehicles or discarded

Ticketing Policies:

• A $10 credit card processing fee applies per ticket for concerts, $4.00 per Rodeo and Wheel Shows.
• Delivery Delay: Concert tickets are delivered through email provided at time of purchase via etix 3 days prior to the event (Print-at-Home or Mobile only). Confirmation is sent at purchase and again when tickets are available. (Does not apply to Rodeo or Wheel Shows.)
• Concert Ticket Limit: Maximum of 8 tickets per show, unless restricted by artist management.
• Authorized Seller: Etix is the ONLY authorized ticketing agent outside the Allegan County Fair Box Office. Tickets purchased from third-party sellers may be invalid and denied entry.
• Gold Pit Standing: General Admission to the pit area; entry is guaranteed, but locations are not reserved.
• Rain or Shine: All performances take place regardless of weather.
• Seating layout matches the seating map shown at purchase.
• Accessible seating: Call the Box Office at 269-673-6501.

Age Policy:

• No children under age 5 are admitted to concerts. Under age 5 may attend Rodeo & Wheel Shows with purchased tickets.
• Ages 5 – 12 must have a ticket and be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
• Ages 13+ may attend without a guardian but must have a ticket.

Will Call & Refunds

• Will Call is located at the Grandstand Box Office, open daily at 9:00 AM (8:30 AM during fair week).
• Tickets will only be released to the named purchaser with valid ID.
• All Grandstand tickets are non-refundable. If an event is canceled, gate admission and parking are not refunded.

Additional Rules:

• Shoes and shirts are required; see-through attire without proper undergarments is prohibited.
• No pets allowed except service animals. (ADA)
• Photography rules vary by event.
• Gates open approximately 1.5 hours before showtime.
• Smoking and vaping permitted only in designated areas.

By purchasing or otherwise accepting a ticket to this Event, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 (coronavirus) or any variant exists in any public place where people are present.  By attending the Event, you and any guest voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 or any variant, and agree not to hold the Allegan County Fair, it’s employees. and Board of Directors or the entertainers, their employees and company liable for any illness or injury in connection with you or your guests attendance at the Event.
